In my very first yoga class at The Yoga Center, I felt a sense of relaxation that I hadn’t experienced before.  And... I surprised myself that I could do all of the basic yoga poses. -student

The prenatal class has been the highlight of my week for several months. The gentle stretching feels just right for pregnancy and I get to foster the connection with my baby during class.

Fantastic experience learning to listen to my body. A true synergy of the mind, body, and spirit.  I feel great!
