Jillian has been practicing yoga since 1985 and teaching since 1998. She began studying Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy with teachers in India and Britain, and later trained with leading Iyengar Yoga teachers in Britain. Since moving to California in 2000 she has trained and certified in the Ananda style. She brings elements of all three traditions to her teaching. Her classes aim to take students inward to an experience of depth and inner peace.
